Having spent the last 25 years working with various utilities, the U.S. Department of Energy sites, and other industries, Mary Jo Rogers has developed a deep and practical understanding of how to build strong leadership and a healthy safety culture within safety critical organizations. Mary Jo is a globally recognized expert in nuclear energy leadership, electric and gas utility leadership, and safety culture.

Mary Jo has published articles on leadership and safety culture in HazardEx, Energy Workforce Magazine, Uptime Magazine, and Power Engineering. She has been invited to speak at conferences such as PowerGen and CERAWeek.
Mary Jo is also the author of the book, Nuclear Energy Leadership: Lessons Learned from U.S. Operators, published in 2013 by the PennWell Corporation.
